What is the Service Program?
ZDHC Verified InCheck Level 1 is a program that verifies the credibility of a supplier’s submitted Performance InCheck reports via an on-site assessment. It uses a spot-check protocol to randomly verify the chemical inventory on-site, assessing how closely the uploaded chemical list matches actual inventory at the facility. If the verification succeeds, the supplier receives a “Verified InCheck Level 1 check mark” on their profile, which connected brands can see. This verification is recommended annually, and the check mark remains visible for 12 months.
