What is the Service Program?

The Higg Index FSLM (Facility Social & Labor Module) is a global standard tool that evaluates factories’ labor conditions, human rights, health and safety, worker rights, and ethical business practices. Based on the ILO Core Conventions and international social responsibility standards, FSLM verifies whether a factory provides a fair, safe, and legally compliant working environment. Through FSLM verification, companies meet CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) requirements demanded by global brands while proactively mitigating social risks.

PROCESS

Certification Process

  1. 01

    [Company/Factory] Creating an Account

Companies/factories wishing to begin FSLM must create an account at "https://app.worldly.io." They must also create an SLCP account to link SLCP and FSLM.

  2. 02

    [Company/Factory] Purchasing a Module

After creating an account, you can complete the self-assessment by purchasing the FSLM module. Modules are available for purchase by year (2025, 2026, etc.).

  3. 03

    [Company/Factory] Self-Assessment

Companies/factories that have purchased the FSLM module will complete the self-assessment. They will answer questions in the sections of Steps 1 through 3. When selecting a step, they must follow the brand or vendor's guidelines.

  4. 04

[Company/Factory] Posting and Designating a Verification Body

Companies/factories that have completed the self-assessment can share their report with individual brands and vendors by completing and posting the report. If verification is required, they can designate a verification body(RST) to conduct an official verification.

  5. 05

    [Company & RST] Contract

A contract is signed to conduct the verification. The verification cost varies depending on the number of employees, location, and self-assessment stage of the verification.

  6. 06

[Company & RST] Verification Schedule Coordination

Once the contract is signed, the company/factory coordinates the on-site verification schedule with RST's verification team.

  7. 07

    [Company & RST] Verification Progress

The on-site verification is conducted. The verification process proceeds in the following order: kickoff meeting, factory tour, document review, interview, data collection, and closing meeting.

  8. 08

    [RST] Verification Report Issuance

RST's FSLM verification team issues a verification report after the on-site verification.

  9. 09

    [Company/Factory] Verification Report Review

The issued verification report must be reviewed by company/factory personnel. This ensures the accuracy of the verification report.

  10. 10

[Company & RST] Final Report Confirmation

After the final review, the final report is finalized through consultation between the company and the verification team.

  11. 11

    [Company/Factory] Report Sharing

Company/factory managers can share the final report with relevant brands and vendors, securing both self-assessment and verification scores. The final report is shared with brands via the SLCP Gateway.
