Certification Process

Application
After reviewing the scope of certification and forest management status through prior consultation, fill out the application form.
- 02
Contracting
Certification costs vary depending on the scope of certification. Contract for certification services.

Document preparation
Forest management plan and environmental and social management procedures
- 04
On-site audit
The initial evaluation will be divided into two stages, including on-site forest management inspections and stakeholder interviews.

Reporting
Submit review results and provide guidance on improvement requirements, and take corrective action if nonconformities occur.

Certification decision and certificate issuance
If all certification criteria are met, a certificate with a 5-year validity period is issued.

Post - audit
To ensure sustainable forest management, we conduct annual post-management audits and renew existing certificates through renewal audits every five years.
