• 01A textile manufacturer that has received requests for Higg Index FEM scores from brands and vendors.
• 02A company seeking to operate as a supply chain for various international buyers, including Walmart, Target, GAP, and Nike.
• 03A company seeking to score its factories' environmental management capabilities and demonstrate this to clients.

PROCESS

Certification Process

1. 01

   [Company/Factory] Create an Account

   Businesses/factories wishing to get started with FEM must create an account at https://app.worldly.io/login.

2. 02

   [Company/Factory] Purchase a Module

   After creating an account, you can complete the self-assessment by purchasing the FEM module. Modules are available for purchase by year (2025, 2026, etc.).

3. 03

   [Company/Factory] Self-Assessment

   Companies and factories that purchase the FEM module will undergo a self-assessment. They will answer questions about the content in seven sections, organized into Levels 1 through 3.

4. 04

   [Company/Factory] Designation of posting and verification agencies

   Companies and factories that have completed the self-assessment can share their reports with individual brands and vendors by completing and posting the report. If verification is required, they can designate a verification agency (RST) to conduct official verification.

5. 05

   [Company & RST] Contract

   We will enter into a contract to conduct verification. Verification costs vary depending on the size and location of the verification entity, as well as the complexity of the process.

6. 06

   [Company & RST] Coordinating Verification Schedules

   Companies/factories that have completed contracts coordinate the schedule for on-site verification with RST's verification team.

7. 07

   [Company & RST] Verification in progress

   RST conduct on-site verification. The verification process will consist of a kickoff meeting, factory tour, document review, interviews, data collection, and a closing meeting.

8. 08

   [RST] Verification Report Issued

   RST's FEM verifiers issue a verification report after on-site verification.

9. 09

   [Company/Factory] Review of Verification Report

   Issued verification reports require thorough review by company/factory personnel. This will ensure the accuracy of the report.

10. 10

    [Company & RST] Final Report Confirmed

    After the final review, the final report is finalized through consultation between the company and the verifier.

    [Company/Factory] Report Sharing

    Company/factory managers can share the final report with relevant brands and vendors, securing both self-assessment and verification scores.
