Higg에서 Technical Clarification on Reporting Biodiesel Use in the Higg FEM 이란 제목으로 Facility의 바이오디젤 입력 방법에 대하여 가이드를 하였습니다.
내용을 간략하게 정리하자면 사용한 디젤에 바이오 디젤이 혼합되어 있을 경우, 이에 대하여 일반 디젤과 바이어 디젤을 나누어 FEM 자가평가 시 반영을 해야 한다는 것입니다.

우리나라에서 판매되는 디젤은 약 3.5%의 바이오 디젤을 함유하고 있습니다. (한국바이오에너지협회 자료)
따라서 공장이 사용한 디젤의 약 3.5%는 바이오 디젤입니다.
공장이 2022년에 100 리터의 디젤을 사용했다면, 자가평가 시, 96.5 리터는 디젤 항목에 3.5 리터는 바이오 디젤 항목에 넣으시면 됩니다.

Greetings Higg FEM VB Administrators and Verifiers,
The SAC/VPM would like to provide clarification on how energy data related to Biodiesel should be input into the Higg FEM in the Energy & GHG Section. Please communicate this clarification to all relevant staff members involved with the Higg FEM Program (e.g. Verifiers, Report Reviewers, etc.). This will also be posted to the VB Dashboard for easy reference.
Biodiesel can be blended and used in many different concentrations. For example, B5 (up to 5% biodiesel) or B20 (up to 20% biodiesel). B100 (pure biodiesel) is typically used as a blend stock to produce lower blends and is rarely used as a transportation fuel.
In the FEM for biodiesel blends that are a mixture of traditional diesel fuel and biodiesel, the total fuel consumption data should be reported in proportion to the diesel and biodiesel blend.
For example, if the biodiesel blend is B10 (10% Biodiesel and 90% traditional diesel fuel), and the facility used 1000 Litres. 100L should be reported under biodiesel and 900L should be reported as Diesel.
