CAF v1.6 평가 종료 안내 (2025년 10월 10일부)

• SLCP와 Worldly가 안내: 모든 CAF v1.6 평가는 2025년 10월 10일부로 종료됩니다. • 마감 조건: 최종 검증을 위해 모든 CAF v1.6 평가는 2025년 10월 9일까지 반드시 VRP(검증 진행 중) 상태여야 합니다.

조치 체크리스트

1. 01CAF v1.6 검증 진행 중인 경우

1-1. VB 할당: 기관이 Worldly 플랫폼에서 VB를 할당하도록 영업/일정팀을 통해 요청 1-2. 검증자 지정: 기관이 VB를 배정하면, VB 관리자가 게이트웨이에서 검증자를 즉시 지정 1-3. 검증 개시 확인: 검증자가 10월 10일 이전에 절차를 수락·시작하여 상태를 VRP로 변경해야 함

• 2025년 10월 9일까지 모든 검증이 VRP 이상 상태인지 반드시 확인

10월 10일 이후 주요 변경사항 • ASI(평가 시작) 상태: 모두 삭제(상태는 ASD로 표시됨) • ASC(평가 완료) 상태: Worldly에 자체 평가로 표시되나, 검증 단계로는 진행 불가 • VRP(검증 진행 중) 이상 상태: 계속 진행 가능하며 최종 평가 완료 가능

모든 SLCP(FSLM)담당자님들께서는 계획된 검증에 차질이 없도록 위 체크리스트를 반드시 준수하시기 바랍니다.

On behalf of SLCP and Worldly, we want to remind you that on 10 October, all CAF v1.6 assessments will be retired. To ensure your verification can still proceed to finalization, all CAF v1.6 assessments must be in VRP status (Verification in Progress) at the latest on 9 October 2025.

To support you through the transition, we recommend you act immediately and follow the checklist below:

1. 01For CAF v1.6 verifications still in the pipeline

For any verifications that are still pending in your pipeline, please move them as soon as possible through the following process:

Step 1: Ensure the facility assigns your VB on the Worldly platform Please involve your Sales/Scheduling team to ensure that the facility selects your VB on the Worldly platform.

Step 2: Assign the Verifier(s) for the verification on the Gateway Once the facility assigns your VB to the assessment, ensure the VB admin immediately assigns the Verifier(s) on the Gateway

Step 3: Ensure your Verifier acts on the Worldly platform The Verifier has to accept and begin the verification process before the 10th of October 2025, and change the status of the assessment to VRP (Verification in Progress). This is a crucial step to ensure verification of a v1.6 assessment can proceed to finalization.

1. 01All other remaining CAF v1.6 verifications

Check any remaining open v1.6 verifications to ensure that by October 9, 2025 all verifications are in VRP or later status.

On 10 October, the following changes will take place:

All Assessments in ASI (Assessment Initiated) will be deleted (status will be set to ASD). All Assessments in ASC (Assessment Completed) will remain visible on the Worldly platform as self-assessments, but Worldly will block them from progressing to verification. All Assessments in VRP (Verification in Progress) or a later stage will be allowed to continue, and facilities can reach their finalized assessment. We strongly advise you to complete the checklist above to ensure there are no unexpected disruptions in your planned verification activities.
